How To Order
To place an order, order from our endless selection of gift baskets using Easy Click Shopping!

Shop by Category or Price using either of the dropdown menus to the left.
When you see an item you would like to purchase, just click on . Then continue shopping or complete your transaction by clicking on the 'Send Order' button.
Enter payment and shipping information. Be sure to double check your order for accuracy.
Remember to indicate what your gift card should say and indicate any special delivery instructions!
When finished, click on the "Confirm Order" button. You'll then receive a Confirmation Number and a customer-service phone number in case you need to make any changes.
"A Fitness Basket" will receive your order and send a follow up email confirmation.

Design your own Fitness Basket! You are welcome to make substitutions. If you see something you like but wish you could substitute or add items! Just contact us with your request

Methods of Payment and Secure Transactions
You can pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or by check or debit card using the PayPal option.
Rest Assured Your Order is Secure! "A Fitness Basket" uses secure server software (SSL) -- the industry standard for secure Internet commerce transactions. This software encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.

Sales Tax
In compliance with state and federal tax laws, sales tax will be added to your order where applicable.

Delivery
Talk about Fast! If your gift must be delivered in a rush, we offer same day delivery in the greater Orlando area, as well as Next Day and Second Day service nation wide!
Otherwise, for greater cost savings, we offer standard ground delivery service via UPS, FedEx and US Postal Service.
Order before 11:00 AM (EST) M-F and your order will be shipped the same day! If ordered after 11:00 AM (EST), your gift will be shipped the following business day.
Orders received on Saturday before 11:00 AM (EST) can be delivered as early as Monday in the Greater Orlando area and "nation wide" as early as Tuesday when selecting Next "Business" Day service.
Saturday delivery is available upon request and shipped via USPS Express Mail.
While we do accept orders on Sundays and holidays there is no delivery services on Sunday and most major holidays. Delivery will be the next business day.

Mon thru Fri - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
Saturday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

We will answer all inquiries as timely as possible. Some inquiries cannot be researched and resolved until we can make contact with the delivery service during their hours of operation.

Order Changes
We will be happy to make changes to your order whenever possible. Once your order is released to shipping, we regret that we will not be able to process any changes.
